Straight answers
Do I need a website already?
No. We build one for you. If you already have a site you like, we can talk about that on the call.
Does every customer get the missed-call text-back?
Yes. It is part of the service for everyone, not a higher plan. The one optional extra is a scheduling assistant that carries the text conversation and sets up a time for you to confirm.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month. If you would rather pay for a year up front, that costs less.
Do you run ads?
Ads are not part of the monthly service. If you want them, we can manage them as an optional add-on, and the ad spend goes on your own card, never ours.
Do I have to hand over my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove us whenever you want.
